Memorial Park

Sometimes referred to as Kentucky Memorial Cemetery/Park, this park is a pleasant shady space. The site is an old historic cemetery dedicated to a group of soldiers from a Kentucky regiment that fought in the War of 1812. The park is well known for the historic flower bed spelling out the word “MONROE”, greeting residents and visitors alike.
